Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall is to welcome over 400 construction professionals for the Women in UK Construction, Engineering & Housing Inspire Summit next month.
Attracted female and male attendees from the sector, the Women in Construction summit is dedicated to those bucking the trend in construction, with a panel of leading women in their fields in the main auditorium. That is then followed by a programme of focus sessions, panel discussions and live workshops across three arenas during the one day conference on 6 September.
In a bid to inspire future generations, the summit offers free attendance to young women in full-time education.
Covering everything from professional case studies to the best paths to apprenticeships, the event combines sessions with a drinks reception, speed networking and an evening dinner for further networking opportunities.
The event is sponsored by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Travis Perkins and Willmott Dixon, among others.
