Brands and retailers are planning to capitalise on the Black Friday phenomenon with week-long offers and special deals.
The likes of Multi Tool Store, EH Smith Builders Merchants, FFX, Ox Tools, Screwfix and many more are hoping to cash in on the phenomenon, which has evolved into a longer sales period in the UK.
According to IMRG, around £6.77 billion is to be spent over the Black Friday period (Monday 12 – Monday 28 November 2016), with £1.27 billion spent on the day itself. Over half of the money spent over the period is expected to be completed through smartphones and tablets.
