Next month’s Hannover Messe show will bring back its Dragons’ Den-style competition for Young Tech Enterprises, offering chance to bid for a cash prize, potential investors, customers, partners and media coverage.
Competitors get ten minutes to present their concept at the Young Tech Enterprises stage in Hall 3 at the show, which runs 24-28 April 2017. A panel of experts will select the winner and Constantia New Business will provide the prize fund of €1,000.
The show feature was introduced for the first time at last year’s show, which is pitched as the world’s leading trade fair for industrial fair and attracts a number of fastener exhibitors.
“The Startup Pitch offers founders a tremendous opportunity to network with a large number of decision makers at HANNOVER MESSE,” said Sonia Wedell-Castellano, project director at Deutsche Messe. “The format attracts investors, industry executives and incubators who are specifically looking for new technologies.”
If you’re planning on entering you’ll need to note the 2 April 2017 deadline.
Industry 4.0 promises to be a ket topic at this year’s Hannover Messe.
