The doors to Torque-Expo Singapore – Torque-Expo’s first international show – have now closed.
Tailored for the fastener, tool, hardware and related industries, Torque-Expo Singapore ran over two days at the award-winning Singapore Expo Convention & Exhibition Centre, with exhibitors from Singapore, Vietnam, China and Taiwan.
The Singapore show followed two UK-based editions of the show, held at Silverstone in 2015 and 2016.
Torque-Expo wasn’t the only Brit in Singapore during the week, coming two days after Lewis Hamilton secured victory for Mercedes at the Singapore F1 Grand Prix on the close-by Marina Bay Street Circuit.
Show Organiser Jerry Ramsdale said of the show: “Our first venture in Singapore went well and on behalf of myself and the team, I’d like to thank all the visitors and exhibitors for taking part. After we’ve wrapped things up here in Singapore we’ll turn our focus to our two Torque-Expo shows in 2018 – we can’t wait to get started and hope to see you at the shows!”
Next year, Torque-Expo will return to international waters, in Amsterdam over 20-21 June 2018 followed by a return to the UK in Coventry over 3-4 October 2018.
There will be more from Torque-Expo Singapore in the next edition of Torque Magazine. Subscribe to the magazine for free, here.
